This week­end, artists and gal­leries are throw­ing their doors wide open to wel­come you into their secret world of cre­ativ­ity! For the first time in a very long time, I’m doing the same.

Join us for an excit­ing peek into the world of paint­ing, bronze sculp­ture, pub­lic art, draw­ing, print-making Sculp­ture, pot­tery, fab­ric arts and blown glass.

SPECIAL EVENTS AT Jan­ice Tanton’s Stu­dio:

At 3:00 pm on Sat­ur­day and Sun­day (each day) I will be giv­ing a slide pre­sen­ta­tion and talk on my first trip to Gwaii Haanas National Park & Haida Her­itage Site as Artist in Res­i­dence. Join me for an infor­mal dis­cus­sion and Q & A on this amaz­ing place, includ­ing trips to Mas­set and other areas of Haida Gwaii. I’ll also be fea­tur­ing some of the cur­rent works in progress to be exhib­ited at the Haida Museum in early 2013.
